This Privacy Policy explains how Halal Helper LLC, doing business as Omerica Studios ("we," "us," or "our"), based in Paterson, New Jersey, handles information in connection with this website and the software tools and applications we provide (the "Services").
This site is hosted by Netlify, Inc. (hosting logs may record IP addresses for security and reliability). We do not use third-party analytics or advertising services on this site.
Purchases are handled by our payment processor, Gumroad. We never see or store your full card details — the processor collects and handles payment information under its own privacy policy and is responsible for it. We receive only what we need to fulfil and support your order, such as your email address, the item purchased, and whether payment succeeded. The processor may set its own cookies during checkout. Please review its privacy policy before purchasing.
We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We share information only with the service providers that operate the Services (such as our host and payment processor), when required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of users and the public.
We keep personal information only as long as we need it, then delete or de-identify it. Our standard periods:

Data stored on your device. Anything this site saves in your browser — such as preferences or saved progress — stays on your device. You can remove it at any time by clearing your browser's site data for this site, which permanently erases it.

The Services are general-audience and are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us personal information, email us and we will delete it.
